  1. This exercise has made me understand that we all have different strengths in different human virtues. I have understood what my strengths are from the viewpoints of my peers. This activity has allowed me to set targets about which strengths I should develop from each characteristic.

  2. I have a better understanding of how I portray myself to others daily. I now know somethings that I personally want people to see in me and so I can take note to work on those things.

  3. I have discovered what characeristics i already consist of and is appreciated by my peers and as for those which had not been selected gives me am idea of what areas i am lacking and need to work on to strengthen it and make it better to boost my overall persona in the near future. As for others it has given me a chance to truly focus on what they r best at and personality that they consist of and i can help assist and tell them of the characteristics that had not been selected to aid them in how they can improve in those areas themselves to better their already positive and strong persona.

Taking into account the views of both my friends and those I am not as close to, I have identified my areas of improvement to grow as an individual and improve my personal qualities.

  5. I feel more accomplished, in a way. It's definitely refreshing to see nice things written and said about you. It has made me want to continue exhibiting these qualities that others think i possess. Try and enhance them. I definitely want to work on things that haven't been mentioned. I know why they haven't been. I guess i'm pretty self aware on my weaknesses. Things like prudence and self regulation and love and spirituality... this excercise has made me realize my weak points and encouraged me to work on these weak points.

Regarding perspectives towards myself, i feel more at ease. It feels like i am worth more than i had believed myself to be. I achieved a sense of validation.

Towards my peers, i appreciate their feedback and hold my peers at a higher regard, not because they flattered me, but because they gave me the push to identify my own setbacks and get motivated to work on them more efficiently.

  6. SHADI:

while I almost certainly knew some qualities I would get like social intelligence and leadership, it was interesting to see what people thought of my personality in the areas of transcendence and moderation, seeing as these don't shine through me on a day to day basis. It was also interesting to go through the list of properties to realize what qualities I didn't possess; this helps with identifying what areas I can master, and which I should cope with the absence or lack there of.

  7. This excercise has brought to my attention that others see me differently compared to how I see myself. They see me in a more positive light whilst I focus mainly on my weaknesses. It has made me realize that I'm capable of more than I thought I was.

I have identified my areas of strength and the areas I need to focus on.

  8. Ashirvaan: whilst also learning that people view me in an optimistic view, I feel that this exercise has only scratched the surface of what you portray yourself as and that the comments can't give any profound meaning from people you don't have close relations with. I believe that perhaps a 'weakness' category would have provided a more in depth view of what others think of me. Other than that, this exercise makes me realize that we only see the most protruding traits of an individual and assign them that as a "personality" for ourselves

  12. It has allowed me to know what and how the people around me perceive of me and, at the same time, let me think deeper of what my peers' characteristics are. This exercise has also given me the chance to evaluate my strengths and virtues and which ones I have to build on.

This class was not only fun but enriching, as I perceived how people viewed me and their perceptions of how I was as a person, my peers acknowledged some qualities of mine I did not even know I possessed and this awakened a sense of self confidence and a massive appreciation for my classmates.

  14. this exercise has expanded my knowledge much more about my own personal qualities and about the characteristics of the people around. I've come to know that there is actually much more to a person than just what meets the eye and that you should never judge a book by its cover. finally, i have learned to blindly accept criticism as it comes our way and simultaneously look up at the positive aspects of life as well.
